Chris Cohen is an intellectual property and entertainment law associate. He received his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Prior to law school, Chris worked on an M.S. in Geography at Texas A&M University. He received a B.A. in International Relations and in Geography from Florida State University in 2000.
Spike Lee won a cybersquatting case over the website www.spikelee.com (not work safe). The site had been registered by Mercedita Kyamko of the Philippines who registered the domain name in 1999. The spikelee.com site was being used to forward an Internet broswer to an asian porn site (it still does actually, but that will not last too long).
